I really enjoyed being there, everything was great.

the room was impeccably clean and huge with fast wi-fi, a/c, for instance. it was nice to find a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges. all the staff were helpful, amiable.

The hotel is located in a secured neighborhood, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our visits a great experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities including a kitchen. We also enjoyed the great pool and beautiful plants surrounding it.

During our city break, we were pleased with the apartments offered. They were clean and had modern amenities. We especially enjoyed the spacious rooms and the fact that they were equipped with a kitchen. the swimming pool was also a great feature that we used frequently during our stay. Best aspects: the apartments were complemented with great WiFi connectivity and parking facilities, which were a plus for us. the location was optimal, as it was easily accessible and central to all the main attractions in the area.

The only downside we experienced was that we had to rely on taxis to get around, but they were quite expensive in the area. It was also difficult to find one at certain times of the day, making it challenging to get to and from the apartments at dinner time.

We originally booked for just a few days and loved it so much we decided to extend our stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The full kitchen was a bonus, especially with the panini maker. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained. Antonieta, the building manager, was an absolute gem - always attentive and caring. We felt right at home. Despite the location being a bit away from the main area of Tulum, we enjoyed the walk and experiencing the local neighborhood. we had a wonderful time at Valhalla Residences By Biwa and would definitely recommend it to others.

The place we stayed was on a secured neighborhood close enough to the town center. the room was spacious with great balcony view over the lush jungle filled with birds. the service was impeccable, the manager Antonieta was kind and helpful. We rented bicycles as an easy way to move around and enjoyed food delivery from local restaurants. Breathtaking sunsets could be seen from the top floor bar.

Some facilities were lacking. There was no flexibility on price and the refund policy was rigid.

We spent an incredible Christmas at a hidden gem in the heart of the jungle. The self-catering apartment was well-equipped with plenty of appliances and had a stunning balcony view overlooking the lush green jungle. The pool area was completely surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. We enjoyed the convenience of food delivery from local restaurants and exploring the area on the well-maintained bikes.

The location, while walkable to a main road full of local charm, might not be for everyone, especially those without a car. Taxis in the area were expensive and the refund policy was quite rigid.
